Two police bribes have been unlocked at the safehouse by doing Portland Vigilante missions.The Borgnine Taxi was also unlocked via Taxi missions. 20 Firefighter missions were completed on Portland Island.

Staunton Island after completing Asuka and King Courtney’s missions. 68 Hidden Packages have been collected and all of the bonuses that go with them are unlocked. Health and Police Bribes have also been unlocked at the safe house. There is a Banshee and a BF Injection in the Staunton safe house garage.

All of the islands have been unlocked. All 100 Hidden packages have been collected. Asuka, Ray, and, Donald Love’s missions have been completed. The Patriot in the Staunton Island safe house is the special bullet proof model.
