Description
Set in 1988 during the story of the first Ninja Gaiden, Ragebound places players in control Kenji Mozu, who must defend Hayabusa Village from a demonic invasion while Ryu is away at America. Players can also play as Kumori from the Black Spider Ninja Clan.
As a platformer, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound requires players to leap over obstacles and defeat a variety of minor enemies before confronting a boss at the end of each area. Kenji uses a katana along with a number of other melee abilities in battle. He can also fuse his spirit with Kumori later in the game, which gives the player access to all of her ranged attacks. This title also features some light puzzle solving.
