Mega Man 5 (Nintendo Entertainment System) Passwords
Instructions
Choose the “Password” option and enter the password you wish to use by hitting the A button to choose the appropriate color and placing the dot in the portion of the grid indicated by the coordinates given for each password. The color of the dot can be changed by pressing B, then push left or right on the D-Pad to select the desired color and press A to select it. Push B then down to highlight end and hit Start to input the password once all of the coordinates been entered.

El juego sólo les da a los jugadores contraseñas para los primeros ocho jefes. Después de eso tendrás que luchar hasta las últimas etapas sin contraseñas. Lo siento si mi español es malo.
