Myght’s Tower after giving him the Balloon Engine to repair the Airship. Everyone is Level 36-37 and well equipped. There are plenty of rings and healing items in Nall’s inventory, plus another 100k Silver. The events to collect certain items like the Gale Ring have also been triggered (as far as I can tell) and you may need to check with the correct NPCs to get the items soon. File works with Disc 1.
