Description
Wario, Mario’s evil rival, has taken control of Mario’s castle and sealed the main gate with magical tokens in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Mario must travel to six different zones and defeat the boss of each one to get the magical coins that unlock the gate to his castle. Each zone has its own unique style and dangers. Mario will have to scale giant trees, explore the ocean, and even travel to space if he wants to get his home back.
Luckily, Mario will find power ups like the familiar mushroom and fire flower as well as a carrot that allows Mario to float to the ground with rabbit ears. This title also features several secret stages and mini-games where players can earn extra lives or power ups. Players can also pick up from where they left off using the save feature which automatically records progress after each stage.
