How to Use these Passwords

To enter one of the passwords for Space Harrier, hit Start on the title screen, the use Left and Right on the D-Pad to cycle through characters in the passwords field. Press Button 1 to enter a character, the game will begin on the indicated stage if the password is correct.

Mode Select

Hard Mode – Hold the 1 Button when turning on the Game Gear. The Word Hard will flash after the Sega logo fades.

Easy Mode – Hold the 2 Button while powering on the Game Gear. The word Easy will flash as the Sega logo fades.

Note: Mode Select can be difficult to use with emulators due to the way they work. Emulators that have a Power On/Hard Reset function like Kega Fusion are best used with this code.
