Save Slot 1: M. Storeroom 1F. Chris has just acquired the Armor Key and Rebecca is practicing in the piano room. This save has little in the way of ammo and healing items, so be careful.
Save Slot 2: Guardhouse. Plant 42 has been defeated and Chris has the Helmet Key. He also has a lot of ammo for the Baretta and some shotgun shells as well as plenty of healing herbs.
Save Slot 3: Courtyard Room B1. The spider boss has been defeated and Chris has both medals needed to unlock the entrance to the lab in the fountain.
Save Slot 4: Laboratory B3. The elevator is active and Chris can go fight the last boss. You’ll have plenty of magnum bullets and healing items.
Save Slot 5: Main Hall (New Game +). Made after getting the average ending with Chris.

Save Slot 1: Laboratory B3. Start near the end of the game. Power has been restored to the elevator and Jill can go fight the final boss. Jill also has all three passwords needed to save Chris and plenty of supplies.
Save Slot 2: M. Storeroom 1F. Jill has the Bazooka, Shotgun, and a decent amount of ammo for her weapons. She also has a lot of Herbs and Ink Ribbons. Most of the Mansion is clear and she has all four crests, which can be used to open the way to the Garden.
Save Slot 3: Courtyard Room B1. Save made in the caves. Jill has the Eagle Medal, but still needs to get the Wolf Medal hidden in the secret room in the caves.
Save Slot 4: Main Hall (New Game +) This save was made after getting the best ending with Jill and obtaining the closet key.
