Description
NES Open Tournament Golf features Mario and Luigi as well as several other characters. Three separate courses, each a full eighteen holes, await players. These courses are set in the USA, Japan, and the UK. Each course has its own challenge level with the US being the easiest and the UK the most difficult. Players can run through each course in Strokes. Those who want some competition can go up against the computer or another player in Match mode. In Tournament Mode the player must compete with all of the computer controlled characters, each of which has his own skill level.
Players can challenge computer controlled golfers or go up against friends. An automatic save system records the player’s stats and progress on each course.
