Description
You are Jimbo-Baby, and elite agent whose mission is to thwart the Mad Leader’s plans to dominate the world. Jimbo-Baby is both a master spy and expert helicopter pilot, so stages are split between flight SIM combat and top down stealth gameplay. In flight SIM mode players must takeoff in the “Gizmo” helicopter and make their way past enemy planes, either by misleading them or by shooting them down. The Gizmo helicopter is a complex piece of equipment and players will have to learn how to control its movement as well as use its weapons and systems. Players can fire machine guns and missiles at enemies or try to misdirect them with flares. It’s also possible to use the radio to trick enemy pilots. However, the Gizmo has many points of failure and can run out of fuel, overheat, or be destroyed by enemy fire.
In enemy base stages, Jimbo must complete one of several objectives without getting caught by the guards. This means he has to deceive or sneak past them. Luckily he can use forged papers to trick guards or knock them out with sleeping gas. In some cases Jimbo will be able to simply outrun the guards. However, there are all sorts of hazards that can lead to failure. Getting caught by walking into the enemy or falling into water are two ways players can lose. The game also gives players only ten minutes to complete their objective; take too long and Jimbo-Baby is history.
