Description
GoldenEye: Rogue Agent puts players in control of an MI6 agent who turns to the dark side after a mission goes horribly wrong. After losing an eye in the botched mission, the agent is aided by the villain Goldfinger, who replaces his eye with an upgrade that grants the player a variety of powers. Goldfinger then sends the player off to battle his nemesis, Dr. No.
Like its predecessors, GoldenEye: Rogue Agent is an action packed first person shooter where players blast their way through one mission to the next. The agent can pick up weapons dropped by foes and will find everything from pistols to rocket launchers. Players can even choose what weapon they want to equip in each hand. Early in the game, the agent acquires special “Eye Powers” that allow him to see through walls and even deflect attacks. The amount of energy the agent has is limited, so Eye Powers can only be used for a short time until the player has to wait for them to recharge.
