Description
Full Spectrum Warrior takes place in Zekistan, a fictional nation in the middle east, which has attacked several bases owned by the US and UK. The UN has voted to remove Zekistan’s tyrannical leader for committing various war crimes. Players control two US Army fireteams and they battle their way through Zekistan over the course of several missions. Each mission has its own objectives. Players can start a tutorial in MOUT training or jump into the action right away.
Each fire team in Full Spectrum warrior consists of a team leader, automatic rifle operator, grenadier, and rifleman. Both fireteams, Alpha and Bravo, must work together to complete objectives. As a military simulation, the game is focused on issuing commands to the fireteams in real time and using tactics to win engagements rather than shooting at enemies. This makes moving from cover to cover and using tools like smoke grenades very important.
