Description
Aladdin is a licensed game based on the Disney movie of the same name. The protagonist, Aladdin, must use his acrobatic skills to clear pits, scale walls, and foil guards as well as other baddies by jumping on their heads. The game follows the movie fairly closely, aside from a few embellishments that were put in to fill out the gameplay. You can collect hearts to increase the amount of damage our hero can take before collapsing, gems that grant extra lives, and a golden scarab that opens up a bonus round. Aladdin can also throw apples at his opponents to stun them. The basic plot of the movie is told through cut-scenes that appear between levels. In total, seven main stages stand between the player and victory. A password feature allows players to continue where they left off.
