G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero is a licensed NES title based on the famous cartoons and action figures of the same name. Cobra is at it again and it’s up to the G.I. Joe team to stop them. In G.I. Joe, players control Blizzard, Duke, Rock \u2018n Roll, Grid-Iron, and Snake Eyes; all of which are heroes from the animated series. The heroes have varying amounts of health and specialties, for example Duke has plenty of health, but is not as good at jumping as Snake Eyes. A team leader that must go on the mission is assigned at the beginning of each stage. The player is free to choose the other two characters that go on the mission and can switch between them freely. A hero becomes unusable when he loses all of his health. Losing all of your heroes will result in a Game Over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero requires players to clear six stages by defeating enemies, completing goals, and jumping over obstacles. Players will also have to fight powerful bosses or mid-bosses at various points in each mission. Characters have limited health and ammo, so they will have to look out for items like rations and bullets that refill their supplies. This game also allows players to control vehicles like helicopters and mechs that have infinite ammo. A game of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero can be continued using the built in password system.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
