Start with 36 Hidden Packages collected. Only those available on the first island have been picked up. Any packages that require a boat or helicopter have not been collected. The Body Armor, Magnum, and Chainsaw have been unlocked at the safe house. Non of the story missions have been completed so far aside from the very first one.

Still early in the game, the Diaz missions have been unlocked. No new packages have been collected. Tommy has nearly 300 rounds for the .357, 16 Shotgun shells, 1000 shots for the sub-machine gun, and 360 rounds for the assault rifle. He also has about $12k to spend.

Note: I know there are several types of shotguns, SMGs, and assault rifles, I’m just not sure which ones I picked up on this save. The magnum does most of the heavy lifting anyway.

Save made after completing some missions and opening up the Downtown area. 99 out of 100 hidden packages have been collected. The only remaining package is the one in the movie studio that is unlocked after doing some more missions. The Flame Thrower, Laser Scope, Mini-Gun, and Rocket Launcher can all be found in safe houses now. You will also be able to use the Sea Sparrow and Tank. Hyman Condo has been purchased.

Note: It looks like I collected the movie studio package. I’m not sure which one I missed.

The asset missions have been completed. These include: Cherry Popper Ice Cream, Kaufman Cabs, Phil’s Place, the Film Studio, and the Print Works. A few other assets like Washington St. have also been purchased. This save is missing a hidden package and I’m not sure which one it is, so you may have to search around if you want all 100 of them.

The main story has been completed. Not sure if there is really anything left to do aside from Vigilante and Ambulance Missions along with a few odds and ends. 99 of the Hidden Packages have been collected. I missed one of them and I’m not sure which one.
