Dr. Robotnik is back in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. This time he has built a space station and is searching for the Chaos Emeralds, which are the only things capable of powering it. Sonic will have to defeat Robotnik\u2019s nefarious machines and find the Chaos Emeralds first if he hopes to save the day. Luckily, Sonic has a new sidekick, Tails, a fox who can run just as fast as his hedgehog partner and use his tails to fly short distances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This game is split up into multiple zones filled with platforming action and dangerous traps like spikes. Sonic and Tails will also have to fend off animals trapped inside robots as well as Dr. Robotnik himself as they search for the Emeralds. Each area has its own theme and players will explore flooded ruins, polluted chemical plants, and even a giant casino. Find all of the Chaos Emeralds by completing special mini-games to transform into Super Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 allows for split screen 2 player co-op as well as competitive action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
