Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the codes below on the Title Screen or during the game demo as indicated. The Title Screen fades after a few seconds, so be sure to enter the codes quickly. Usually a chime will play to confirm that cheat mode has been activated after the player enters part of the code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage Select<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Title Screen press:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Up, Down, Left, Right, then hold the A for a second and press Start<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A chime should sound off once the first part of the code has been entered. The stage select screen will pop up if the entire code has been entered correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debug Mode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access debug mode, input this code on the Title Screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C, Up, C, Down, C, Left, C, Right, Start, A + Start, the hold the B Button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If entered correctly, the score and time in the upper left will appear as coordinates and Sonic will turn into a ring. You can move around freely by pressing the D-Pad and change Sonic\u2019s sprite with the buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kill Sonic in Demo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make Sonic run into things and die during the gameplay demo hold the following buttons while the demo is running:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A, B, and C<\/p>\n\n\n\n
