Space Harrier places players in control of a hero simply known as Harrier, whose peaceful world has come under attack. Harrier must battle his way through eighteen stages packed with enemies and dangerous terrain. His only weapon is a powerful cannon. If things get too rough on the ground, Harrier can take to the skies to dodge foes and obstacles..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Space Harrier is a rail shooter at heart as Harrier moves constantly through each stage. Players will have to use his cannon to eliminate enemies and carefully dodge objects by flying over or side stepping them. Harrier will lose a life if hit by an enemy, obstacle, or other type of hazard. Many of the levels feature a boss fight at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
