LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy follows the story of the first three Star Wars films. Players start with Princess Leia and can unlock up to 50 characters from the classic movies as well as create their own hero. Some of these playable characters include Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and The Emperor. Each character has his or her own special abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mos Eisley Cantina serves as the game\u2019s hub, where players can choose scenarios and manage their characters. At first only a few areas are available, but more are unlocked as the player completes missions and collects Studs, which are the game\u2019s currency. Gameplay is largely focused around exploration and combat, but players must also solve simple puzzles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEGO Star Wars II also features several stages where players can control vehicles. These include Snow Speeders, TIE Fighters, and even the Millennium Falcon. Players can find special Bricks that grant them bonus powers, like invincibility, for a short time as well as Hearts that restore health, and extra Studs scattered throughout stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
