Ghosts ‘N Goblins is a notoriously difficult platformer for the NES where players control Arthur as he tries to rescue his love, Princess Prin Prin, from Satan. Arthur can only take one hit from touching an enemy or projectile before losing his armor, if hit without armor, Arthur will lose a life. Each stage is inhabited by all manner of zombies, ghosts, and demons. Deadly pitfalls also stand between Arthur and his goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Players will find a number of weapons that can help them on their adventure. The lance flies in a straight line, the dagger can be thrown rapidly to hit enemies, and the ax can pass through multiple bad guys. Players will also find extra lives and spare armor hidden in pots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
