Continue Code (Stages 2 and 3)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the following code on the Game Over screen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Up, Right, Down, Left, A, then B<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a few seconds the game will give you the option of starting over or continuing. If you select the Continue option and press Start, you can choose the number of lives available to you as well as change the difficulty level. This code only works in stages 2 and 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continue Code (Stages 4, 5, and 6)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the following code after losing all of your lives in stage 4, 5, or 6 and a basic continue option will appear after a few moments pass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Up, Down, Left, Right, B, A, then A<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continue Code (Stages 7, 8, and 9)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This cheat will allow you to continue your game after losing all of your lives in the final three stages of Double Dragon II<\/em>. You will need two controllers for this cheat. After losing your last life, enter this code on the Game Over screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Controller 2 press A, A, B, B, Down, Up, Right, and Left<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The option to continue or restart the game should appear. This cheat also works with the Two Player Extra Lives Exploit below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Player Extra Lives Exploit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This exploit requires two controllers, but only works for a single player game. Select the 2 Player B Mode at the start screen and begin the game as you would with two players. Clear out the first wave of enemies, then start beating up the second player. You will gain a life every time you defeat him for a total of seven lives!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
