Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of the cheats below have their own instructions. Many of the cheats are confirmed by the sound effect that plays when the dragon is being hit. Keep in mind that some cheats are incompatible with others and\/or prevent the player from getting certain endings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Space Harrier Mode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: Play without the dragon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: Change the language in Sega Saturn System Settings to German, then press Start at Title Screen, then Up, X, Right, X, Down, X, Left, X, Up, Y, Z<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Infinite Continues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: Continue as many times as you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: Press Start on the Title Screen, then press Up, X, Right, Y, Down, Z, Left, Y, Up, X<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Invincibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: Invincible mode will appear on the main game menu and the player will not take damage. The good ending is unavailable while this cheat is active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: Press Start on the Title Screen, then press L, L, R, R, Up, Down, Left, Right<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Stage Select<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: A Stage Select menu will appear on the main game menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: Press Start on the Title Screen, then hit Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Y, Z<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Game Over<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: Your hero and dragon will die immediately and the game will return to the title screen. Does not work if the Invincibility cheat is active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: Press the following at once during gameplay: L, R, A, B, C<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Level 0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: If entered properly, Level 0 will begin right away. Your health will constantly drain in this level, defeating enemies will replenish it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: At the main menu, press Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, L, R<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Unlock Weapons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: Allows players to select special weapons at the start of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: At the main game menu, enter Up, X, Right, Y, Down, Z, Left, Y, Up, X then hold down a Button on the Episode 1 start screen to select the following weapons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A or X = Normal weapon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B = Red Laser<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C = Sidewinders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y = Multishot<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Z = Wide shot<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

8. Dragon Only Mode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: Play as the dragon only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: Enter the Unlock Weapons code above. Next, press the following while still on the main menu: Left, Left, Right, Right, Down, Up, Down, Up, L, R<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Sega Logo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effect: View the Sega Logo in the demo in detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code: You will need two controllers for this code. Allow the demo to play, then press and hold X, Y, and Z, then press Start on Controller 2. The camera should zoom in on the Sega Logo. Press the buttons below to view and manipulate the logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right\/Left = Rotate screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A + Left\/A + Right = Rotate image<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Down = Zoom in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Up = Zoom out<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A + Down = Tilt backward<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A + Up = Tilt forward<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hold A or Y = Change shading<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A + B + C = Reset image<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start on Controler 1 = Return to game<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
