Panzer Dragoon takes place in the distant future where humanity struggles to survive in a world dominated by genetically engineered creatures. One nation known as the Empire has found a cache of ancient weapons and is using them to conquer the world. The hero is an unnamed hunter who happens upon a mysterious blue dragon that has lost its rider in combat. A psychic connection forms between the hero and the dragon. The two take off to battle the Empire through several episodes that take players around the post-apocalyptic world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This game is essentially a rail shooter where the dragon flies in set path that the player can control to some degree. Players can look around and shoot in a 360 degree radius. The hero\u2019s main weapon is a laser pistol that can be fired rapidly. Panzer Dragoon also features a lock on system that allows the dragon to fire energy bolts that home in on enemies. Players will have to shoot their way through each level and face a boss at the end of the episode.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
