Description<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Resident Evil 2 is a survival horror game that was ported to the N64 and released in late 1999. The events of this game take place shortly after those of the first title in the series. The town of Racoon City has been overrun by zombies as the T-Virus spreads among its population. Leon Kennedy (a rookie cop) and Claire Redfield (sister of Chris Redfield) find themselves trapped in the zombie infested town, unaware of the outbreak. Claire and Leon must find a way to survive the outbreak and deal with the evil plot behind it. Leon and Claire are the main playable characters and can be chosen from the start of the game. Both characters have their own stories and adventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Players will have to explore several locations in the remains of Racoon City that include the police station, sewers, and the streets of the town. Zombies, as well as other creatures, stalk Leon and Claire throughout their adventure. Weapons, ammo, and medicine are commodities that have to be managed carefully in Resident Evil 2, because their supply is limited. Puzzles also figure prominently into the game and players will have to gather clues as well as items to solve them. Familiar weapons like the handgun and shotgun make their way into this title as well as a few new arms such as the crossbow. Players can even find parts that allow them to upgrade certain weapons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
